We recently had whole house done and could not have been happier with the process. Tim and Collin were amazing to work with as well as Steve their installer. We love how these windows updated the look of our house and the quality is outstanding. We even changed the way our family room window was to allow for more of a view.

Called ahead to do the measuring. Then called to set up the install date and time. Arrived at the time agreed upon and did a great job installing both doors. Would highly recommend.

The door is beautiful, functional, and secure. What more could you ask for?! The installation went very well and quickly - they routed my doorbell wires very nicely, and they made no mess at all.

We had black exterior windows, white interior installed and are so happy with the results! We should have done this years ago. The windows update our home’s exterior appearance and makes the home look new and crisp. Steve and his crew were friendly, professional and did a great job. We also had a new front door installed by Clarkston. The new front door combined with the new windows makes for a “wow” impact.

Talked to Jeff to order a new custom front door w/ screen door and a fire door for the garage. We kinda knew what we wanted, but that was beyond the budget. Jeff mentioned he had a higher end front door slab in-stock but at a lower cost. I took a trip out to the showroom and viewed the door in person. We made the adjustments seamlessly and the budget was now right on target! Much of the communication from submitting photos to getting costs was thru text and email which was super easy. We signed the door build sheets and the order process started. Jeff 2, arrived a few weeks later to confirm measurements and trim styles (We supplied our own front door trim). About 4-5 weeks later appt was scheduled and Jeff 2 was out installing the doors. He was super friendly, very detailed and cleaned up once completed. (Note: They have 3 Jeff's within the company haha)

We purchased 2 entry doors and a screen door and have been pleased with our overall experience. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked hard to find the perfect doors for us. Much better experience than our meetings with the 2 big box stores. Our installation had a couple of hiccups, wrong size door, a torn screen and some trim work that need adjusting… however Jeff notified us with their intention to get the screen fixed and the correct door in place ASAP and they did as promised. Also reworked the trim so we were completely satisfied. Things happen and it is how a company responds that tells a lot about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Hope to have my windows done next year and I will be calling Clarkston Window and Door

I had a straightforward estimate provided and the installation crew was great. Totally professional. Arrived as scheduled, prepared the floors to protect them, and in 2 days, installed all the windows. Very nice clean up afterwards too . A very capable team. The installation process was fantastic!! They were very courteous and respectful. Couldn't tell they were even there when they left. They put down carboard and canvas drop clothes to protect everything. Vacuum everything up.

Two years ago we had Clarkston Window and Door replace all of our windows with their North Star product. They have been great and have really made a difference during the bitter cold snap of this past week. We highly recommend both the North Star window and Clarkston Window and Door!

Simply incredible service and products. Clarkston Window and Door made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Their install crew, ran by Steve (absolute gentleman and fun guy to be around), were a great group who enjoyed what they were doing and too extra precautions to make sure everything was perfect. Cardboard and runners were placed everywhere and they vacuumed every inch of the house after they were done. In and out job - these guys knocked it out.

They seem to set off fireworks at all the holidays now and this past Labor Day weekend was no exception. I turned on the white noise machine and Boo barley heard the fireworks. Talk about 5 Star service and product! We had Clarkston Window and Door handle an every window and door on a larger home after they were recommended to us by a neighbor. I had shopped around a bit but their pricing and product quality was ultimately what sold me. Tim/Collin were great when it came to deciding on which window and door styles we wanted. Steve the installer was amazing! He was so fast and did such a good finishing job! The outcome was everything we could have asked for and more. We will absolutely be using them again on future homes!

These windows are the best thing we could have ever done to update our house. I’m sitting here with a sleeping baby writing this review as a major tree removal is taking place right outside. It was very easy to arrange the first appointment. Both the sales person and installation crew were punctual and very efficient. And the most important part - the windows quality - was/is quite good. As far as I can judge based on my limited experience, the prices are reasonable.
